My thoughts: As soon as this popped up to apply for I jumped on it! I loved Rook & Rebel and was excited to read Evie’s story. She is such a fun character and her story was great. I really enjoyed the dynamic between her and Aiden. The events of the book subtly drove the romance in such a nice way. I started to see the twist a the end and even though I got the ‘who’ I was not even close on the ‘why’. Such a wild ride!

My thoughts: I was so sucked in. I started with the audiobook and could not believe it was a 36+ hour listen. I listened to just under 12 hrs of it and finished the remainder on Kindle because I needed to know what was happening. This was another 4 am realization that I had to put it down and take a break. I now understand why everyone loved Manacled so much!

My thoughts: Normally I am a little off put by early starts to romance but I did not expect the roller coaster of push-pull that Aurelia and Fox have. It wiped away the beginning concerns that I had as their relationship developed. I should have read this series in order but with them being standalones I was still able to piece everything together. The complexity of the world and the characters was well written and I loved seeing the other characters. It has me excited to keep reading this series.
